I hope you readers are not upset, but I drew a blank on how to continue. My thoughts were on my days growung up in the house on 46th Street. Memories were flooding my mind. was 25 yrs. old when I left for the War. I was 9 yrs old when we moved into our family home. That's 16 yrs of growing up into manhhod. These years really shaped my personality, my life.. The war took me into a new world of travel and experiences and now I was moving into a new family. War veterans were given 52 weeks to receive 20 dollars weekly to seek employment. And also, where do go to live. It was a period of major adjustment for all the returning veterans. We moved in with our parents. I moved in with the Weinbaums who were great and had a large apartment that accomadated us. And adding to the family pleasure, when Walter Lang returned from his post in England, he moved in to be with his wife Ida. Fortunately, the apartment had three bedrooms. . .
